Welcome to Bonita Springs

Bonita Springs Beaches

Perhaps more low-key than the highly-touted, neighboring beaches of Naples and Fort Myers, Bonita Springs beaches in Southwest Florida can be just as lively or oh-so-natural, depending upon your mood. They often get rated among the top Florida beaches and even the best beaches in the world.

Back To Nature

To the north of Bonita Beach on the island of Little Hickory Island, Bonita’s main beach, Lovers Key State Park sets the tone for wildlife-loving, natural beaches. For humans, the park offers ranger programs, boat tours, kayak rentals, picnicking, and a wedding/party gazebo on the beach.

At the other extreme of Little Hickory, Barefoot Beach Preserve is a sanctuary for gopher tortoises and the human spirit.

Play Time

Bonita Beach Park - with its playground, water sports rentals, volleyball court, and neighboring beach bar and restaurant – is a great place to headquarter a family day at the beach. The waves are gentle and warm and the sands studded with shell treasures.
